The altruistic comedian ran into the man in the alleyway behind his yoga studio and quickly stopped his Range Rover and offered the man some water. The man, who was reportedly rolling around in a dirty parking space and appeared to be drugged out, shook Russell's hand and stood around talking to him. Later, the two men got into Russell's car, where Brand was overheard saying they were going to go to an AA meeting.
