Russell Brand can take a sigh of relief as Katy Perry is not planning on writing anymore about their break-up.Perry scored hate hits with Wide Awake and Part Of Me after they divorced following a short lived 14 month marriage.Now the brunette, dating rock star John Mayer, has vowed to change the subjects for her next CD.She has started penning tunes for her CD, which could be released late next year.Perry said: ""I am excited for the next step."Hopefully it will be evolution, hopefully there will be some growth."I am not going to try and replicate what I did last time, but I am going to be very creative and I hope that everybody interested in taking the next journey with me., whatever it is, is going to be a ride."I am of the mindset that I do things in a old fashioned way where I do not like to overlap."I like to take a little time. I think it is okay to be missed.".Katy ripped her ex hubby on her concert film Part Of Me this summer.It showed her breaking down in tears following calls and meets with the Essex comic.Honest Katy said: “I like to go out there looking like a strong woman, because I am strong. ."But I am also a woman who goes through all kinds of problems and highs and lows. I wanted to show the complete spectrum.â€.Even her songwriting partner Bonnie McKee poked him. .McKee said: “When we wrote ‘Teenage Dream,’ it was really about your first love and how magical that is.
